Liz Bailey is an independent education adviser working across a range of local authorities. In the past Liz has had two successful primary headships, has been a local authority maths adviser, a Primary Strategy Manager, an Ofsted inspector, School Improvement Partner and senior primary adviser for schools.

Liz is passionate about developing effective teaching and learning in maths, especially in primary schools. She spends her days in a variety of schools and settings working alongside practitioners, supporting strategic developments in maths, training staff and developing resources and ideas.
In her evaluations Liz is often described as enthusiastic, inspirational, practical and sensitive. She has a great sense of humour.
